Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng met with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi at the Prime Minister's office in Putrajaya on Thursday. He said the federal government has agreed to co-operate with the state government to complete the second Penang Bridge project.
