The reforms are to be put in place before the year's end. "It is my fervent hope that the ACA's effectiveness, transparency and accountability will be raised considerably, while public trust in its integrity and independence will be quickly renewed," Abdullah said in his keynote address at the Asean Integrity Dialogue 2008 at the Malaysian Institute of Integrity.
